Digital and Insights Manager – Remote (Europe/UK)

About the role

The Digital and Insights Manager will lead the design and execution of a global digital measurement strategy for a leading consumer‑goods organization. Working remotely across Europe or the UK, you will turn large‑scale digital performance data into actionable insights that drive brand growth and consumer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and continuously refine the global digital measurement framework, aligning KPIs with marketing and engagement goals.
• Identify and close gaps in data collection across websites, social media, campaigns and mobile apps by collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end digital data ecosystem to ensure accurate, reliable data capture.
• Analyse data from multiple platforms and produce performance narratives and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Leverage social listening, sentiment analysis and search data to surface emerging consumer behaviours.
• Build and maintain executive dashboards and reports using modern data‑visualisation tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in digital analytics, business intelligence or marketing measurement.
• Strong background in FMCG marketing analytics, preferably with experience at major consumer brands.
• Proven ability to develop measurement frameworks and manage analytics across multiple digital channels.
• Experience working in multinational organisations with complex stakeholder environments.
