Marketing Customer References Manager

About the role

This temporary position, covering a maternity leave, focuses on creating and managing high‑impact customer narratives that showcase the company’s leadership in cloud and AI innovation. The role works closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure customer stories align with strategic priorities and drive business value.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customers whose stories match strategic themes such as AI innovation, cloud transformation, and industry leadership.
• Develop and maintain storytelling frameworks to evaluate relevance, business impact, and technical innovation.
• Build and manage a portfolio of customer references that highlight leadership in AI and cloud solutions.
• Craft compelling narratives that serve as proof points for marketing and sales initiatives.
• Monitor the performance of customer stories and continuously refine the approach to maximize impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 7 years in marketing, sales, or customer‑facing roles.
• Experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or strategic account management.
• Fluency in English; French or German is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives and influence decision‑makers.
• Background in B2B technology, cloud computing, or AI environments is highly desirable.
