Desktop Support Technician – Onsite (Luxembourg)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Desktop Support Technician to join our client’s IT team in Luxembourg. The role is primarily onsite and involves delivering high‑quality end‑user support across Luxembourg and international locations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and AV equipment.
• Manage global help‑desk tickets, investigate incidents and resolve them within SLA timeframes.
• Collaborate with regional support teams to ensure continuous coverage and service quality.
• Assist with hardware installations (RAM, storage, processors, cabling) and software deployments.
• Support video‑conferencing and IPTV solutions, including Poly and Cisco systems.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, procedures and equipment records.
• Produce KPI reports to drive continuous improvement of the support function.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional IT client‑support experience.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
• Proven ability to prioritize tickets, work remotely when needed and deliver excellent end‑user experience.
• Comfortable interacting with hardware vendors and coordinating break‑fix activities.
