Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of external and internal customers. You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and production plants to deliver solutions, manage orders and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, invoicing, master data and quality issues.
• Manage incoming orders, confirm delivery dates and track customer expectations.
• Communicate production, planning and shipping status to customers.
• Coordinate special logistic services such as consignment stocks.
• Support Sales in prospecting new customers and detecting opportunities with existing accounts.
• Maintain customer master data, price lists and prepare quotations.
• Follow up on offers, monitor success rates and assist with timely invoice payments.
• Process sales orders, complaints, returns and credits while adhering to ISO procedures.

Required profile

• Customer‑centric mindset with strong accountability.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with internal departments.
• Detail‑oriented and able to meet set timeframes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with order management and CRM/ERP systems.
• Experience handling price quotations and invoicing.
