Sales Associate (80%) – Luxury Retail at GRIDx Luxembourg

About the role

INA KESS, a Swiss luxury fashion brand, is looking for an experienced Sales Associate to represent the label at GRIDx, a multi‑experience destination in Luxembourg. You will be the main point of contact for discerning customers, delivering a memorable shopping experience that reflects the brand’s values of comfort and elegance.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and assist customers on the sales floor, building strong relationships and ensuring an outstanding service experience.
• Maintain an attractive, brand‑consistent presentation of the sales area, handle product receiving, replenishment, and inventory management.
• Process sales and cash‑register transactions accurately.
• Support events, pop‑ups and special activities at the location, contributing to the overall INA KESS customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with the GRIDx and INA KESS teams and take on additional organisational tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Professional experience in sales, retail or customer‑facing roles.
• Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent French and good English; German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
• Confident appearance, reliable, independent and able to work weekends and event days.
• Team player who thrives in a dynamic, varied environment.
