About the role

This remote contractor position focuses on training next‑generation AI systems for customer service. You will use your deep knowledge of customer service operations to provide high‑quality, real‑world input that helps AI models learn, reason, and perform effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute expert insights to improve AI‑powered customer service solutions.
• Review and analyze real customer service scenarios and deliver actionable feedback for model training.
• Capture nuanced written and verbal details of customer interactions.
• Document, track, and communicate findings using Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Collaborate with the customer team to ensure data accuracy, organization, and confidentiality.
• Provide contextually relevant input to support continuous AI improvement.
• Participate in feedback sessions and help calibrate annotation standards.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in customer service operations with a solid understanding of best practices and challenges.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of interpreting complex scenarios objectively.
• Ability to work independently, remotely, and maintain accountability and discretion.
