CSR Project Management Trainee

About the role

Luxtrust is seeking a motivated CSR Project Management Trainee to support its sustainability and human‑rights initiatives. This 6‑ to 12‑month internship, covered by a university agreement, will give you hands‑on experience in data collection, reporting, and project coordination across local and international certifications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in renewing diverse local and international CSR certifications.
• Collect, consolidate, and monitor sustainability data for reports and presentations.
• Support the preparation of the “National Business and Human Rights Pact” report and related human‑rights projects.
• Help strengthen human‑rights assessments of suppliers and respond to RFPs and labeling questionnaires.
• Contribute to obtaining a professional equality and diversity label.
• Participate in the United Nations Global Compact Communication on Progress (CoP) report, including questionnaire analysis and data gathering.
• Assist in organizing sustainability events, campaigns, and internal awareness actions.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bac +4/Bac +5 program in CSR, Sustainability, Human Rights, Environmental Studies or a related field.
• Looking for a 6‑ to 12‑month internship covered by a university agreement.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and curiosity‑driven mindset.
• Good knowledge of CSR, human rights, sustainable development, and environmental issues.
