Crew Operations Internship – Start Sep 2026

About the role

Join Jetfly’s Crew Operations team in Luxembourg and gain hands‑on experience in business aviation crew management. This internship, starting in September 2026, offers exposure to crew rostering, planning, and support within a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust crew rosters on a daily basis.
• Track crew availability, operational constraints, and last‑minute changes such as sickness or training adjustments.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with crew duty‑time and rest regulations.
• Contribute to data analysis for crew utilization and roster optimisation.
• Prepare operational reports and performance indicators for the department.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives within Crew Operations.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Aviation, Air Transport, Operations Management or a related field.
• Strong interest in business aviation operations.
• Excellent organisational and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Proactive, reliable and motivated to learn.
