Corporate Lawyer (2-10 Years Experience) – Multiple Opportunities

About the role

We are partnering with a range of international, network and boutique law firms in Luxembourg to place experienced corporate lawyers. Key responsibilities

• Advise national and international clients on corporate and commercial law.
• Support mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and corporate reorganisations.
• Draft and review corporate documentation.
• Participate in due‑diligence exercises and transactional work.
• Collaborate directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• 2 to 10 years of experience in corporate/M&A work.
• Member of List I, II or IV of the Luxembourg Bar.
• Previous experience within a Luxembourg law firm.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a strong asset.
• Excellent drafting, organisational and communication skills.
• Commitment to building a long‑term career in Luxembourg.
