Corporate Banking Relationship Manager – Benelux

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager / Business Developer to join a leading corporate banking team and expand the Benelux corporate client base. The role focuses on large‑scale corporate finance, including syndicated loans, structured finance and M&A transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of large corporate clients across Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Develop new business and maintain existing relationships in the Benelux region.
• Provide expert advice on structured financing, syndicated lending and M&A solutions.
• Communicate tailored financing solutions effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities, presenting proposals to clients and the credit committee.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal procedures and ad‑hoc strategic projects.

Required profile

• 4‑8 years of experience in corporate or commercial banking within the Benelux CIB market.
• Strong credit analysis and financial analytical skills, with experience presenting to credit committees.
• Excellent networking, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive sales and negotiation mindset.
• Fluent English; additional French, German or Dutch is advantageous.
