Contract Management Specialist – PMI

About the role

As a Contract Management Specialist dedicated to Post‑Merger Integration (PMI) projects, you will act as the central point of contact for all contract‑related activities across Believe’s global operations. Reporting to the Head of Client Management Operations, you will collaborate closely with the Head of PMI‑Operations to ensure seamless migration and integration of contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts from all business units for operability against Believe’s back‑office systems and business rules.
• Validate producer data and legal entities in contracts according to KYC procedures.
• Analyze contractual deviations and propose necessary amendments for migration to Believe Group tools.
• Set up contracts in back‑office platforms, both manually and via automation, and control contractual data settings.
• Document migration methodology, identify obstacles, and assess their impact on planning.
• Coordinate change requests with product teams to evolve Believe’s tools.
• Support local teams in understanding processes and anticipate upcoming changes.
• Assist PMI project managers in defining target operating models, migration strategies, and workload sizing.

Required profile

• Background in Contract Management, Legal Operations, or a related field.
• Experience reviewing and processing contracts across multiple business units.
• Strong understanding of KYC procedures and contractual compliance.
