Contract Lawyer – Flexible Project‑Based Role

About the role

Moritz is seeking experienced contract lawyers to join its curated network of independent attorneys. This fully remote, project‑based position allows you to choose assignments that match your expertise while serving leading technology companies.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and redline a variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS, vendor, supplier, NDA, and data‑processing contracts.
• Advise clients on contract terms, risk exposure, and negotiation strategies.
• Deliver precise, high‑quality legal work with fast turnaround times.

Required profile

• Licensed avocat in Luxembourg, in good standing with the Luxembourg Bar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience focused on commercial contracts.
• Background at a top‑tier law firm or as in‑house counsel for a technology company.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Active professional liability (malpractice) insurance.

Required skills

• Drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Contract review and redlining.
• Knowledge of SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and data‑processing agreements.
