Contract Lawyer – Commercial Contracts Attorney (Project‑Based)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Lawyer to provide project‑based legal support to leading technology companies. The position is freelance, allowing you to choose assignments from a client portal and work remotely while delivering high‑quality commercial contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate and redline commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts, vendor and supplier agreements, NDAs and data‑processing agreements.
• Advise clients on legal risks, contract terms and GDPR compliance.
• Perform general contract review and provide concise feedback within a 24‑hour turnaround expectation.
• Select projects based on availability and deliver fixed‑fee outcomes per deliverable.

Required profile

• Admission to practice law in Luxembourg and good standing with the Luxembourg Bar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial contracts, preferably from a top‑tier law firm or in‑house counsel role at a technology company.
• Proven track record with SaaS and technology agreements.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple project‑based assignments and meet tight deadlines.
