Consultant(e) Project Management Officer Senior

About the role

Ufo² Consulting is looking for a senior Project Management Officer to support a leading Luxembourg bank undergoing major regulatory and digital transformation. The consultant will drive complex, strategic initiatives, ensuring financial and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define, model and consolidate project budgets (CAPEX/OPEX) and monitor monthly variances.
• Produce financial and operational dashboards for the Executive Committee and co‑lead steering committees.
• Audit project charge plans, financial envelopes and external vendor invoicing; propose arbitration scenarios when deviations occur.
• Track inter‑dependencies and financial/planning risks in line with CSSF, DORA, NIS2 and EU regulations.
• Deploy Agile/SAFe, V‑cycle frameworks and mentor internal teams on budget management.

Required profile

• Master’s‑level education (Bac+4/5) in project management, finance, IT or engineering.
• At least 8 years of PMO or project‑control experience, with solid exposure to the Luxembourg banking sector.
• Deep knowledge of multi‑million‑euro budgeting, CAPEX and OPEX management.
• Fluent in French and English.
