Client Servicing & Sales Support Officer – French Desk

About the role

Join the Client Relationship Services Department in Luxembourg as a Client Servicing and Sales Support Officer for the French desk. You will work closely with the French sales team in Paris, providing proactive service to institutional and wholesale clients across Europe and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with four French sales colleagues, delivering proactive support.
• Handle requests and queries from institutional and wholesale clients (wealth managers, private banks, custodians, insurers, pension funds, corporates) in collaboration with internal teams such as Product Management, Legal, Fund Data and Marketing.
• Plan, organise and execute road shows, client events, fairs and mailing campaigns.
• Coordinate client distribution contracts, operation memorandums and account set‑ups with the Transfer Agency and Compliance departments.
• Ensure fund administration and Transfer Agency activities are correctly performed and understand trailer‑fee structures.
• Maintain accurate client information in the CRM system.
• Travel occasionally to Paris to support client events.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of the investment‑fund value chain and at least one prior experience in the fund industry.
• Self‑starter with strong organisational and multitasking abilities, capable of setting priorities and solving problems calmly.
• Values of collaboration, ownership, passion and courage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
