Business Growth Analyst

About the role

COMO Digital Life is building Europe’s embedded finance ecosystem and needs a Business Growth Analyst to serve as the operational backbone of the Business Development team. You will ensure prospect data, CRM processes, and outreach workflows are structured, reliable, and insight‑driven, allowing the commercial team to focus on selling.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a clean, accurate prospect database for target countries defined by the Commercial Director.
• Research and qualify leads using business directories, public registries, and AI‑assisted workflows.
• Enrich and verify prospect records through Apollo.io and complementary data sources.
• Own data integrity by deduplicating, updating outdated records, and removing irrelevant entries.
• Design and maintain HubSpot reporting structures, track outreach, and create dashboards for pipeline visibility and forecasting.
• Import, segment, and manage prospect lists while enforcing data‑hygiene standards across the BD team.
• Automate research, list‑building, enrichment, and reporting using Claude Cowork.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and data‑driven professional comfortable working with large prospect datasets.
• Experience collaborating with Business Development teams and reporting to senior commercial leadership.
• Ability to translate AI‑driven research outputs into actionable prospecting workflows.
