Business Controller – Finance & Performance

About the role

Leasys is seeking a Business Controller to join its Finance team in Leudelange, Luxembourg. In this highly visible position you will provide financial insight, support strategic decisions and help shape the future of the business while working closely with senior management and local leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse business performance and profitability, delivering actionable recommendations.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting, building financial models and business cases.
• Analyse variances between actual results, budgets and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Track key financial and operational KPIs, delivering insights to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Coordinate the monthly closing process, analyse P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow developments, and prepare management reports and dashboards.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects, contribute to process optimisation, automation and Business Intelligence initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and support internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Strong business‑mindset with the ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and performance management.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior management and cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive attitude, capable of driving continuous improvement in finance processes.
