Aviation Operations & Billing Coordinator

About the role

Jetfly is looking for an Aviation Operations & Billing Coordinator to join its Aircraft Management division. The role bridges day‑to‑day aircraft operations with financial management, ensuring that every cost associated with managed aircraft is accurately captured, validated and reported.

Key responsibilities

• Own the profit & loss of assigned aircraft accounts, meeting financial targets and client budgets.
• Prepare detailed monthly and annual cost reports covering maintenance, crew, fuel, insurance, handling, navigation fees and other operating expenses.
• Monitor actual costs against approved budgets, flag variances early and propose corrective actions.
• Identify cost‑optimization opportunities and work with the supply‑chain team to implement them without compromising safety or service quality.
• Review and validate supplier invoices to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
• Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, operations teams and the supply‑chain department to maintain consistent rates across the portfolio.

Required profile

• Solid background in aviation operations, such as coordinating maintenance events, handling AOG situations or managing crew positioning.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate operational data into clear financial insights.
• Experience reviewing invoices and challenging discrepancies.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams and client‑facing stakeholders.
