Authorized Manager – Regulatory Compliance (Luxembourg)

About the role

PingPong is seeking an Authorized Manager to ensure the company’s operations comply with Luxembourg financial regulations. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the role safeguards governance, AML/CTF controls, and overall regulatory adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with CSSF regulations, PSD2, DORA and other Luxembourg laws.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the CSSF and supervise internal control implementation.
• Oversee Board and governance body functions, ensuring proper documentation for audits and regulatory reporting.
• Supervise daily operations, aligning them with strategic objectives and coordinating with the Compliance Officer and Risk Manager.
• Ensure IT risk management compliance for payment processing systems.
• Provide regular reports to the Board, CSSF and other stakeholders, and manage mandatory filings.
• Enforce AML/CTF systems, work closely with the compliance team, and report suspicious activities.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in finance, business administration, law or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar compliance role within financial services, preferably in payment services.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory framework (AML/KYC, PSD2, DORA, etc.).
• Professional certifications such as CAMS, CRCM or CIPP are highly desirable.
• Fluent English; additional languages (Chinese, French, German) are a plus.

• Ability to interpret complex regulatory texts and implement practical controls.
