Audit Manager – Real Estate

About the role

KPMG Luxembourg is looking for an experienced Audit Manager to lead audit engagements for real‑estate clients across Europe. You will work with a multicultural team, develop expertise in IFRS, local GAAP and consolidation processes, and support the growth of our Real Estate Audit department.

Key responsibilities

• Provide audit services to a portfolio of local and international real‑estate clients.
• Lead audit cycles, coordinate fieldwork, and ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP and consolidation standards.
• Supervise and coach junior team members, fostering a collaborative multicultural environment.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and expand the business network.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing or equivalent; ACCA or CPA qualification preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of external audit experience, preferably in real‑estate funds, investment properties, private equity or alternative funds.
• Native English speaker; fluency in French or German is a plus.
