Associate Lawyer – 2-3 Years PQE (Luxembourg)

About the role

Harneys is expanding its Corporate team in Luxembourg and seeks an Associate with 2‑3 years of post‑qualification experience. Reporting to the office managing partner, you will work alongside partners and senior associates to deliver high‑quality legal advice to international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate legal advice to clients and deliver excellent client service.
• Prepare and negotiate Jersey transaction documents.
• Liaise with instructing counsel to support Jersey transaction management.
• Manage deadlines effectively and oversee work‑in‑progress.
• Prepare fee estimates and keep clients informed about fees.
• Take responsibility for delegated tasks, seeking guidance from partners as needed.
• Contribute to knowledge‑creation and support junior team members.
• Assist partners with business development activities.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of relevant post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Fluent in German or French and fluent in spoken and written English.
• Admitted to practice in Luxembourg (List I or IV).
• Currently based in Luxembourg.
• Flexible mindset with a proven track record of handling diverse challenges.
