Associate – Investment Funds Law (Luxembourg)

About the role

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an Associate to join its investment funds practice in Luxembourg. The team delivers in‑depth regulatory and legal advice on the structuring and establishment of Luxembourg alternative investment funds and UCITS, and supports Luxembourg management companies and AIFMs in their day‑to‑day operations. The role involves advising on compliance, fund structuring and operational matters for a range of alternative investment vehicles.

Required profile

• Degree or Master’s degree in law.
• CCDL and Bar admission, or in the process of being admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (recognition of another EU Bar with at least one year of Luxembourg experience).
• 2–3 years of experience in a reputable Luxembourg funds practice, focusing on structuring, setting‑up and advising alternative funds (regulated and non‑regulated private equity, debt, real estate & infrastructure).
• Team‑player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
