AI Legal Project Officer – Investment Funds

About the role

CMS Luxembourg is seeking an AI Legal Project Officer to drive the integration of artificial‑intelligence tools within its Investment Funds practice. Working closely with lawyers and the Innovation team, you will help redesign legal workflows and embed AI solutions that improve efficiency and client service.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing funds‑related legal processes and identify opportunities for AI‑enabled optimisation.
• Collaborate with lawyers, Innovation Advisors, IT and external vendors to design, test and deploy AI tools such as automation, knowledge‑management and drafting support applications.
• Translate legal and business requirements into practical AI solutions and ensure they are reliable and aligned with team needs.
• Coordinate change‑management activities, gather user feedback and drive adoption of AI tools across the practice.
• Support the prioritisation of innovation initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of deployed solutions.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of investment funds transactions and the associated legal framework.
• Experience working in a legal environment, preferably within a funds or corporate practice.
• Ability to bridge legal expertise with technology teams and communicate requirements clearly.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on efficiency, scalability and practical implementation.
