Agent Ticketing & Sales (m/f/x)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Agent Ticketing & Sales to join our Ticketing & Travel Store at the airport. The role involves face‑to‑face customer service, converting booking requests into confirmed reservations and issuing travel documents for LuxairTours, Luxair Luxembourg Airlines and partner airlines.

Key responsibilities

• Assist passengers directly at the service counter and via phone or email, processing bookings, ticket re‑issuance and special service requests.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash register management according to company procedures.
• Process excess baggage requests, collect applicable fees and record them in the relevant systems.
• Provide passenger assistance during operational disruptions in coordination with Senior Operation Passenger Care Officers.
• Participate occasionally in promotional events and familiarisation trips organized by the Operations Passenger & Care Center.
• Follow the Emergency Response Action Plan and other safety procedures.

Required profile

• Secondary school leaving certificate (CATP diploma or equivalent).
• Previous experience in an airline, travel agency or call‑center environment.
• Fluent in English, French and German (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong customer orientation, accuracy in cash handling and ability to work under pressure.

• Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
