About the role
We are a fast‑growing international law firm based in Luxembourg seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to provide dedicated support to a Partner and his legal team. This position offers the chance to develop within a modern, expanding environment where administrative functions are becoming increasingly specialised.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance to a Partner and the legal team.
- Manage agendas, schedule meetings, arrange travel and coordinate internal activities.
- Prepare, format and review legal and corporate documents.
- Handle invoicing follow‑up, expense reporting and document management.
- Coordinate communications with clients and external stakeholders.
- Support the team on various operational and organisational matters.
Required profile
- 2 to 7 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting.
- Experience supporting a Partner or legal team is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Highly organised, flexible, proactive and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, adaptable mindset.
