About the role
Join EY’s reception team in Kirchberg and act as the first point of contact for guests, clients and colleagues. You will represent EY’s brand with professionalism and help create a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage visitor badge issuance and announce guest arrivals.
- Answer and route telephone calls efficiently.
- Support administrative tasks such as reviewing Client Business Centre room allocations and handling booking inquiries.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Required profile
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a receptionist in a hotel front desk or business centre.
- Degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in English, French and German; additional languages (e.g., Luxembourgish) are a plus.
- Agile, growth‑oriented mindset with a focus on inclusion and teamwork.
Required skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
