About the role
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Engineering Department of Global Jet Luxembourg. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating with suppliers, and assisting crew members with procedural matters.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, update and publish engineering documents and reports.
- Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers regarding orders, deliveries and invoices.
- Assist crew members by providing guidance on operational procedures.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling and data entry.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Availability for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
