Accounting Services Manager

About the role

CSC is seeking an experienced Accounting Services Manager to lead a sub‑team responsible for the day‑to‑day financial and administrative affairs of client companies. The role combines technical accounting expertise with leadership, compliance, and client‑facing responsibilities in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily activities of the sub‑team.
• Ensure accurate client accounting, reporting, and documentation for auditors and stakeholders.
• Oversee timely filing of internal and external tax returns in line with legal deadlines.
• Monitor transactions according to the Transaction Monitoring process.
• Record daily time entries to guarantee proper chargeability and invoicing.
• Review draft minutes of Board of Directors and General Shareholder meetings.
• Organise and prepare board meetings, including logistics and documentation.
• Represent CSC in prospect meetings and business development trips.
• Act as Director/Manager on client company boards following internal policies.

Required profile

• University degree or professional studies in accounting, or equivalent experience.
• 6‑7 years of experience in an international accounting, audit, or trust environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lux GAAP and Luxembourg and international tax law.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
