Accountant Private Equity - Career Progression, Additional Holidays

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join a well‑established asset‑management firm in Luxembourg. The role focuses on the accounting of special purpose vehicles (SPVs) linked to private‑equity and private‑debt investments, supporting a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting of private‑equity SPVs.
• Prepare and review corporate and tax filings.
• Produce annual accounts, statutory financial statements and related reports.
• Collaborate with the Senior Accountant, providing regular updates and contributing to team deliverables.
• Liaise with external auditors, advisors and other service providers.

Required profile

• At least one year of accounting experience in a Luxembourg‑based fiduciary, asset‑manager, PFS or professional services firm.
• Fluent English; French is a strong advantage.
• Hands‑on exposure to private‑equity or private‑debt structures.
• Solid knowledge of tax return preparation and related regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
