Accountant – Full‑Cycle & Consolidation (Luxembourg)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join the finance team of a private family office in Luxembourg. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will handle full‑cycle accounting for multiple entities, support period‑end close, and contribute to the preparation of consolidated financial statements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform full‑cycle accounting across several group entities.
• Support period‑end close activities and assist with fast‑close implementation.
• Prepare annual accounts in accordance with Luxembourg GAAP.
• Provide documentation for external audits and conduct simple analyses.
• Assist with intercompany reconciliation processes.
• Prepare consolidated accounts, including mappings, working papers, reporting packages, and data upload into consolidation software.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc finance and accounting projects as required.
• Process payments following internal controls and liaise with relevant teams.
• Maintain electronic archives and ensure completeness of financial records.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience in corporate or holding entities (excluding private equity or real‑estate funds).
• Experience in a multi‑entity or group accounting environment is an advantage.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP.
