Supply Chain Controller – Europe

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Controller for the Europe area to join our global finance team at the corporate headquarters. The role is responsible for delivering accurate actuals, budgets and forecasts, providing financial insight and supporting stock governance across the European supply‑chain footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyse actual, budget and forecast data for the Europe supply‑chain, ensuring high‑quality reporting.
• Support planning cycles by reviewing performance, investments and targets, and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate and challenge risks and opportunities across the full supply‑chain perimeter, delivering actionable insights to management.
• Drive execution of the Stock Governance framework by consolidating regional stock KPIs, monitoring performance and supporting corrective actions.
• Act as the guardian of CAPEX and Long‑Term Contract policies, providing first‑line defence for the area.
• Partner with Area and local Supply Chain Controllers to align methodologies, KPIs and performance narratives.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in financial controlling and analysis, preferably within supply‑chain finance.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory and operations business models.
• Proven ability to gather data, analyse information and prepare clear reports and presentations.
• Independent, results‑oriented and capable of managing projects end‑to‑end.
