Sports Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a Sports Content Creator to join our dynamic Sports Marketing Team at our International Headquarters in Schengen, Luxembourg. The role involves producing high‑quality photo and video content with professional athletes and delivering it across social media platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Capture photo and video footage of athletes during training, events, backstage moments and interviews.
• Edit and format content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other social channels.
• Plan and maintain social media content calendars in collaboration with the communication team.
• Travel internationally to shoot content at events and with athletes.
• Manage the full production workflow from preparation to delivery, ensuring brand consistency.
• Adapt content to maximise engagement and visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience with social media in a corporate, agency or digital setting.
• Strong affinity for high‑level sports environments and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, international context.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• High flexibility and willingness to travel frequently.

Required skills

• Photo and video shooting and editing.
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Solid understanding of social media trends and platform specifications.
• Organisational and project‑management capabilities.
