Senior Editor Writer

About the role

Join Deloitte Luxembourg’s Marketing & Communications team as a Senior Editor Writer. You will shape the firm’s voice across thought‑leadership, media and digital platforms, working closely with senior stakeholders and strategists to deliver clear, consistent and impactful content.

Key responsibilities

• Review, edit and refine a wide range of content including thought‑leadership articles, white papers, reports, insights and executive publications.
• Create and adapt content for articles, webpages, press releases, press articles and social‑media channels supporting media campaigns.
• Draft and edit press materials, ensuring accurate and compelling messaging aligned with strategic positioning.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications Strategists to translate complex technical topics into engaging narratives for target audiences.
• Guard the tone of voice, editorial standards and brand alignment across all communications.
• Introduce new ideas, approaches and best practices to continuously elevate content impact and external visibility.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of proven editing and writing experience in a corporate, agency, media or professional‑services environment.
• Strong experience editing complex content such as thought‑leadership pieces, long‑form reports, press materials and social‑media content.
• Demonstrated ability to write across multiple formats and channels.
• Excellent command of written English with meticulous attention to detail, structure and tone.
• Ability to translate technical topics into clear, engaging narratives.
