Commercial Communication Specialist

About the role

ArcelorMittal Europe is seeking a Commercial Communication Specialist to join its communications team during a pivotal period of industry transformation toward net‑zero emissions. You will help translate the company’s decarbonisation strategy into compelling market‑focused communications.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing teams to turn business strategies into segment‑ and product‑specific communication plans.
• Promote ArcelorMittal’s expertise, products, and steel as the material of choice across multiple media channels, emphasizing innovation, leadership, and decarbonisation.
• Coordinate webinars, customer events, and trade‑fair participation.
• Source, draft scripts and create promotional articles and materials in both print and digital formats.
• Manage and rebrand the industry website, including content creation for the Home and Industry sections.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of autonomous project management experience in marketing or communications.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, with experience leading cross‑cultural teams.
• Strong project and deadline management, flexibility to reprioritise as objectives change.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.
