Digital Growth & Innovation Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Growth & Innovation Manager for a leading multi‑experiential destination in Luxembourg. The role combines performance marketing, SEO, data analytics and AI integration to drive audience growth and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise paid media acquisition across Google, Meta and emerging platforms, managing budgets and KPIs.
• Develop and execute a global SEO roadmap, covering technical improvements, keyword strategy and local discovery.
• Own the analytics ecosystem using GA4, Google Tag Manager and visualisation dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Identify, pilot and roll‑out AI‑powered marketing tools, training colleagues on their use.
• Collaborate daily with CRM, Content and Social teams to create a cohesive digital lifecycle for visitors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications or Data.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in digital performance marketing and analytics.
• Strong analytical, autonomous and solution‑oriented mindset with excellent stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English and French; German is a strong asset.

Required skills

• Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console.
• CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Brevo or Mailchimp.
• Reporting tools like Looker Studio and Power BI.
• AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Jasper) for marketing applications.
