Digital Marketing Manager (Maternity Leave Replacement)

About the role

PM International is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to cover a maternity leave for 11 months, starting 1 June 2026. Based at the company’s headquarters in Schengen, Luxembourg, you will lead the digital marketing function, ensuring seamless customer experiences across all online touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the CRM strategy, oversee data migration, mapping and quality, and train subsidiaries on daily usage.
• Collaborate with the UX designer to create user flows that optimise the customer journey.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources, coordinating with agencies to deliver digital products.
• Own the CMS for company websites, develop pages and modules, and train internal users.
• Monitor, analyse and report on digital KPIs, using data‑driven insights to refine strategies.
• Plan and control the digital marketing budget, allocating resources to meet objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of proven experience in digital marketing and project management.
• Experience in direct‑sales or health‑fitness‑beauty sectors is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Leadership experience with international marketing teams is advantageous.
