Senior Project Manager (Sales)

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager you will lead strategic transformation initiatives across the UI Group, focusing on operational efficiency, revenue growth, cost optimisation and business integration. The role will drive a Group‑wide programme to standardise customer contracts under a unified global framework.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a standardised commercial contract framework for the entire UI Group.
• Establish and manage project governance, including scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, risks, issues, KPIs and business case tracking.
• Lead the transition from legacy agreements to the new contractual model while maintaining client relationships and commercial sensitivities.
• Redesign, harmonise and implement processes supporting the new contract model, ensuring accurate service allocation and charging mechanisms.
• Collaborate with DACH and International stakeholders to deliver a structured change programme on schedule.
• Identify project risks and dependencies and apply mitigation strategies.
• Conduct detailed, fact‑based analyses to support decision‑making and challenge assumptions.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations, decision papers and status updates for senior management and governance bodies.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, reporting, governance meetings, workshops and steering committees.
• Support integration activities related to past and future M&A, standardising processes, controls and governance frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience leading projects, preferably in a multinational environment.
• At least 5 years of operational management experience with cost responsibility.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and complex programmes.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to produce rigorous, data‑driven insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
