Account Executive – Fund Administration (Luxembourg)

About the role

bunch is building the operating infrastructure for next‑gen private markets. As an Account Executive you will drive the commercial strategy with enterprise customers, primarily venture capital and private equity funds, helping bunch become the industry standard. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and nurture long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new enterprise customers across inbound and outbound channels.
• Co‑build a commercial acquisition strategy for large venture capital funds.
• Develop and maintain relationships with GPs, CFOs, COOs of prospect and client funds, as well as angel investors.
• Identify prospect pain points and create account plans, demand‑generation and closing strategies.
• Monitor the competitive landscape to craft winning proposals and pricing.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Marketing, and Customer Success to generate demand and boost engagement.
• Produce business cases that demonstrate ROI and value for clients.
• Ensure process excellence to maximise customer satisfaction and long‑term retention.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a commercial role, preferably in private investment markets.
• Strong network of fund managers is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Results‑oriented, impact‑driven mindset with an entrepreneurial approach.
• Customer‑centric attitude, proactively championing client goals.
