Senior Fund Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Fund Accountant to join our Luxembourg team. You will be responsible for the full accounting lifecycle of a range of fund structures, ensuring compliance with local and international standards. This is a hybrid position with three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accounting entries and maintain books for Luxembourg fund structures (RAIF, SIF, SICAV/SICAF, SCSp).
• Calculate NAV, capital accounts, management fees and other recurring fund‑level workings.
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing processes and reconciliations.
• Prepare performance fee and carried interest calculations, including waterfall/hurdle mechanics.
• Assist in the preparation of PCAPs, investor notices, capital call notices and subscription/redemption workings.
• Maintain accurate investor allocation data and update investor registers.
• Collaborate with AML/KYC, Transfer Agency, Legal, Fund Administration and Operations teams to gather required documentation.
• Support onboarding of new funds and investors, preparing operational documentation.
• Prepare investor reporting packages and respond to routine data requests.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and support yearly audits.
• Ensure data maintenance for AIFMD, CSSF and other regulatory reporting.
• Contribute to system enhancements, automation initiatives and data‑quality improvements.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Lux GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Familiarity with AIFMD and CSSF regulatory reporting requirements.
• Experience with fund accounting processes, NAV calculations and performance fee structures.
