Fund Controller

About the role

KR Recruitment is partnering with a leading investment firm to find a Fund Controller. The successful candidate will oversee fund accounting, cash‑flow management and support the execution of transactions and restructurings.

Key responsibilities

• Review accounting records, financial reports and investor statements.
• Manage cash flows, including distributions and capital calls.
• Assist with deal execution and transaction restructurings.
• Review tax reporting and manage tax compliance.
• Support new fund structures together with the legal team.
• Oversee year‑end audit processes.
• Provide support to boards of directors for funds and SPVs.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant with at least 5 years of experience in private equity or alternative investment strategies.
• Excellent knowledge of Lux GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills and fluency in written and spoken English.
• Motivated, dependable and able to prioritise under pressure.
• Strong time‑management and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Curious mindset eager to learn and improve.
