Sales Support Specialist

About the role

The Sales Support Specialist will help drive Cebi Luxembourg's commercial success by working closely with regional Front Offices and internal teams. Acting as a bridge between General Management, Sales, Engineering, and other functions, you will ensure RFQs, pricing, and commercial data are processed efficiently to win new business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage RFQs from start to finish in coordination with regional Front Offices.
• Assist Sales and Engineering in preparing competitive commercial offers.
• Ensure accurate pricing and consistency across systems and customer platforms.
• Monitor pipeline and KPIs, providing clear, structured insights.
• Maintain reliable commercial data and support contract management.
• Contribute to budget follow‑up and performance analysis.
• Support ongoing business and customer topics with internal teams.
• Occasionally join customer meetings together with Front Offices.
• Identify and drive improvements in processes and tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales support, commercial operations, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of RFQ processes, pricing, and commercial data.
• Interest in technical products, preferably in industrial or automotive environments.
• Excellent communication skills in an international context.
• Proactive, structured, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
