Quality Assurance Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to elevate the testing function for a complex enterprise environment. The role will drive testing standards, support automation initiatives, and ensure high‑quality software delivery across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Define, promote and maintain QA standards, methodologies and best practices.
• Coordinate functional, integration and non‑regression testing activities.
• Support the implementation and evolution of test automation frameworks.
• Improve test documentation, traceability and overall testing quality.
• Collaborate with development, business and project teams to ensure high‑quality releases.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to QA governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance, Test Management or Test Coordination.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance principles.
• Experience with non‑regression testing and test automation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English.
