Market Approach Analyst

About the role

The Market Approach Analyst will turn sales data into actionable business insight for both sales management and executive audiences. Based in Luxembourg, you will support local markets with regular reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis to drive informed decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Articulate results and deliver insights to sales leadership and executives.
• Develop and maintain reporting and analytics on lead conversion, pipeline development, and territory balances.
• Support daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly operational reporting and executive dashboards for local markets.
• Assist in defining and implementing sales operating metrics and KPI tracking.
• Manage dashboard relevance, import/export data, and streamline communication for efficient sales processes.
• Gather feedback from sales teams and collaborate with leadership on process improvements.
• Participate in regular performance calls with local markets and follow up on opportunities.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
