Logistic Cost Analysis & Reporting Specialist

About the role

Ferrero’s Headquarters in Luxembourg is seeking a Logistic Cost Analysis and Reporting Specialist to join the Supply Chain Hazelnut Company (HCO) team. The role will coordinate transportation and warehousing activities, ensure cost monitoring, and support SAP S/4HANA supply chain initiatives while driving automation and standardisation across international flows.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support transportation and logistics IT projects, including testing, cut‑over, and issue resolution for SAP S/4HANA.
• Manage cost controlling for transportation, customs and warehouse activities: budgeting, SAF preparation, monthly analysis and alignment with Controlling teams.
• Drive reporting and monitoring of logistics costs, warehouse utilisation, stock management and overall operational performance.
• Oversee logistics operations such as transportation flows, invoicing, Supplier Network Collaboration (SNC) and PO/PR management.
• Review and approve transportation extra costs, ensuring financial alignment and proper follow‑up.
• Collaborate with Procurement, IT, Finance, Warehousing, Controlling, Sustainability, Security and Operations to ensure seamless supply‑chain execution.
• Contribute to automation and continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce manual work and increase process efficiency.

Required profile

• Educational background in Engineering and/or Economics.
• Solid experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Transportation, with understanding of end‑to‑end flows including warehousing, customs and distribution.
• Experience with cost controlling topics such as budgeting, financial analysis and cost reporting.
