Junior Procurement & Vendor Management Officer

About the role

Kick‑start your career in procurement and vendor management within a fast‑evolving banking environment. As a Junior Procurement & Vendor Management Officer you will support the development of a structured, centralised procurement framework and gain exposure to regulatory topics such as ICT third‑party risk and DORA.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end procurement process, from purchase orders to payment follow‑up.
• Assist with contract management, maintaining documentation and drafting based on templates.
• Contribute to vendor management and outsourcing activities, including due diligence, risk assessments and regulatory documentation.
• Act as a point of contact for colleagues on procurement tools and processes.
• Participate in cross‑functional initiatives related to procurement and third‑party risk.
• Support supplier monitoring and ensure proper follow‑up according to internal procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law, economics or a related field, or relevant internship experience.
• Fluency in English; French and/or German are a plus.
• Interest in administrative, process‑driven work and regulatory topics.
• Service‑oriented mindset with a hands‑on, adaptable attitude.
• Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work with cross‑functional teams.
