Senior Strategic Project Manager

About the role

As a Senior Strategic Project Manager in the CEO Office, you will drive the execution of critical cross‑functional initiatives, linking executive leadership with operational, regulatory, product and business teams across Luxembourg and Milan.

Key responsibilities

• Solve complex business challenges by developing data‑backed, user‑first solutions.
• Manage relationships with C‑level stakeholders and act as a strategic partner for leadership.
• Influence major decisions through in‑depth analysis and integrate diverse perspectives into coherent strategies.
• Champion regulatory requirements in project roadmaps, working closely with Legal, Compliance and Risk.
• Establish governance, track milestones across hubs, remove bottlenecks and provide data‑driven reporting to executives.
• Lead on‑ground project execution in Luxembourg, aligning governance requirements with group‑wide strategy.

Required profile

• 6–7 years of hands‑on experience in a regulated environment, preferably fintech, scale‑ups or banking.
• Deep familiarity with compliance, legal and regulatory matters (PSD2/PSD3, AML/CFT, GDPR).
• Proven track record managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects using structured frameworks.
• Ability to build consensus across distributed international offices and matrixed teams.
• Exceptional executive communication skills and fluency in English; Italian is a strong asset.
