Finance Operations Specialist

About the role

As a Finance Operations Specialist you will ensure the smooth daily operativity of the finance team through process execution, automation and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Process automation and scripting: develop and maintain Python scripts to automate routine finance tasks.
• Strategic support: collaborate with finance and other stakeholders to align new projects with tax, accounting and treasury guidelines.
• Data analysis and engineering: extract, manipulate and analyse financial data to optimise treasury processes.
• Cross‑functional collaboration: work with tech and data teams to ensure smooth financial workflows and clear communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in finance operations, accounting or tech‑driven process optimisation.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Scripting for data manipulation and API integration.
