IT Project Manager – Lead Digital Transformation Projects

About the role

Quento Technologies is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of innovative digital transformation projects across AI, cloud, and cybersecurity domains. You will be responsible for steering projects from strategy definition through execution, ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define project strategies, create detailed plans, allocate tasks and set delivery milestones.
• Guide execution, review deliverables and ensure they meet quality and requirement standards.
• Maintain project and quality plans, track progress and provide accurate status reports.
• Conduct risk analysis, implement mitigation actions and manage change control processes.
• Estimate and monitor costs, timelines and resources, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Analyse business needs, translate them into functional and non‑functional requirements, and model business processes.
• Participate in functional and technical working groups and project progress meetings.
• Oversee system management activities, problem reporting and tracking, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and deliver stakeholder presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Recognised project‑management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, PM²).
• At least five years of IT experience, including three years managing software‑development projects.
• Minimum one year of quality‑assurance experience.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, SDLC and web technologies.
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
