About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Online Ads Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. You will shape digital advertising strategies for leading European companies, combining marketing expertise with client‑facing skills to deliver high‑impact Google Ads campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard and manage a portfolio of Benelux clients, fostering strong relationships and driving product adoption.
• Design and optimise results‑driven PPC campaigns to maximise ROI and long‑term performance.
• Upsell and optimise client spend, increasing engagement and revenue.
• Analyse market trends, customer objectives and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
• Handle outbound calls daily, identify client needs and provide tailored marketing solutions.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data‑privacy regulations.

Required profile

• Fluent German (C2) and strong English (B2‑C1).
• Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales, marketing or account management, preferably with client‑facing responsibilities.
• Good understanding of the European market and cultural nuances.

• Full‑time hybrid role (39 hrs/week) with a salary of €24,000‑€30,000 gross per year plus up to €3,408 bonus.
