French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance through inbound calls, live chat, and email. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering timely, effective, and friendly support while representing the brand professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier support in both French and English via voice and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective resolutions with a customer‑first mindset.
• Build strong relationships through clear and empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Provide customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Experience with bilingual customer support is a plus.
